Drew Hoffman

As an MRC Global Principal, Drew delivers dynamic and powerful client solutions in the life sciences industry.  Drew leads a multi-disciplinary team to provide fair market value (“FMV”) analysis, market research, strategic planning support and financial analysis services to a diverse group of client organizations.  Drew has 10 years of experience in healthcare consulting and has adapted Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting’s best-in-class compensation valuation methodologies to support medical device, pharmaceutical, laboratory, biotechnology, and other life sciences companies.

Specific areas of expertise surround organization’s healthcare provider (“HCP”) engagement process.  Drew develops FMV rate sheets for organizations in connection with speaking, consulting, scientific advisory board participation, education and research activities.  Drew’s valuation expertise also encompasses royalty payments for design teams.

In addition to FMV analysis, Drew oversees MRC Global’s industry leading process for Key Opinion Leader (“KOL”) tier classification.  This process evaluates 60+ criteria across 10 categories to independently and objectively assign a KOL rating to individual HCPs (non-KOL, Local, Regional, National or International KOL status) that can be matched to a company’s tiered rate sheet.

Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with family while skiing, boating, hiking, or doing anything else outdoors.
